Our Story
When COVID-19 began in 2020, it created a huge challenge for all sports. Head Coach Laura Heilman decided it was time to start her own youth running club where kids could get out of the house to safely train and socialize. She established the Seven Locks Running Club which grew quickly and within one year collected 20 All-American medals including two National Champions. In 2021, ten-year-old Grace Love became the 1500 meters 10-year-old girls National Champion with a time of 5:14 and Patricio Pardo became the 10-year-old boys Cross Country 3K National Champion with a time of 10:40.
