AAU XC Nationals
Great job to all our runners who ran the muddy course in Knoxville, TN at AAU XC Nationals! It was a fun way to wrap up our season, which included some thrilling improvements throughout and outstanding performances at Middle School VA Showcase and Middle School XC Nationals in Louisville, KY.

Middle School XC Nationals 2025
Our middle school girls team traveled to Louisville, KY to compete at the Middle School XC Nationals 2025 meet on November 16, 2025. Our very young team finished 13th. Congratulations to 7th grader Emma Pham, 8th grader Maddie Palacheck, 6th grader Victoria Lever, 7th graders Nora & Nina McIver, and 6th grader Maeve Wilkinson for representing Seven Locks Running Club.
Huge shout out to Emma Pham for finishing 2nd in the country and Victoria Lever for being the fastest 6th grader in the race!
Middle School XC Nationals 2025
Our middle schoolers defended their titles at the VA Showcase on October 19, 2025 with both the boys and girls winning 1st place!
