About Us

Our Story

When COVID-19 began in 2020, it created a huge challenge for all sports. Head Coach Laura Heilman decided it was time to start her own youth running club where kids could get out of the house to safely train and socialize. She established the Seven Locks Running Club. Within our first year, the club brought home
