At the 2021 AAU Junior Olympics Track & Field National Championship Meet in Houston, Texas, 10-year-old Patrico Pardo finished 7th in the 800 (2:32) and 2nd in the 1500 (4:59), 12-year-old Owen Heilman finished 5th in the 3000 (10:39) and 8th in the 1500 (4:47), 10-year-old Grace Love finished 4th in the 800 (2:34) and is this year’s National Champion in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:14.
At the 2021 USATF Junior Olympics National Championship Meet in Jacksonville, Florida, 10-year-old Clara Aschenbach finished 2nd in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:17.
