National Champions
Congratulations to our 6 National Champions who won 3 National Titles for 7LRC! Luke Freishtat (13yo) won the pentathlon, Grace Love (13yo) won the 1500m with a time of 4:43.63 for her 6th National Title, and the team of Anay Sood, Cavan Kootman, Graham Wilson, and Morgan Byford won the boys (11/12yo) 4x800m giving Morgan his 5th National Title.

Relay Teams
What an incredible summer season and AAU JOs! We had so many great results over the summer. So many highlights but I must admit our 4×800 relays was especially thrilling to watch with four teams competing.
All 4 teams improved drastically from the regional meet. Our 11/12 Girls team finished 2nd and dropped from 11:04 to 10:39, 11/12 boys finished 1st and dropped from 10:17 to 9:48, 13/14 girls finished 4th and dropped from 10:19 to 10:13, 13/14 boys finished 14th and dropped from 9:52 to 9:23!
